What was the biggest challenge you faced creating your store?

The biggest challenge I faced creating the store was deciding on the theming, branding, and story. To create a compelling and visually interesting brand was something I agonized a bit over, but the building process was more or less straight forward.

What worked really well when using our platform?

The whole setup was really intuitive. Themes were instantly responsive, and the inspect feature for editing specific parts of the theme was really useful.

What could be improved when using our platform?

Though thinking about it makes sense from a branding standpoint, I would want colours to be editable via Inspect rather than having to edit the brand colours in a separate menu. As in, if I want to update the colour of a specific section or a certain button, I would want to mess with the colours there rather than out in another menu to define accent colour, background colour, etc.

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

Having a business is hard in of itself, and just thinking about the ease of setup this tool must have had for merchants who might not be too tech-savvy is huge. One could go from being just physical retail to a worldwide shipping business in a matter of hours, and having that possibility must be a huge relief to small business owners.
